TaxRelief is designed to operate with minimal data.

We do not ask for or require your name, email address, phone number, or government identifiers.

To provide the service, we may process technical identifiers such as:

• wallet public addresses
• transaction signatures (hashes)
• certificate numbers and disposal metadata related to a certificate
• affiliate codes (if used)
• timestamps and basic request metadata needed for security (e.g., replay protection)

We do not collect:

• names, emails, phone numbers, or postal addresses
• government IDs or KYC information
• private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery information (never share these)

We process the minimum necessary data to:

• operate the disposal workflow and generate disposal certificates
• prevent abuse (rate limiting, replay protection, fraud prevention)
• maintain an audit trail of critical service events (for operational integrity and legal-grade records)
• debug reliability issues via minimal observability logs (metadata only)

Blockchain data is public by nature. Transactions you submit on Solana are visible on-chain to anyone.

TaxRelief may reference on-chain public data (such as transaction signatures or public addresses) as part of the service.

We do not sell personal information.

We may use infrastructure providers to operate the service (for example hosting, RPC providers, or key-value storage for security controls and audit logs). These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver the service.

Because blockchain records are public and persistent, on-chain data remains accessible independently of TaxRelief.

Off-chain service logs and audit records may be retained for operational integrity and legal-grade evidence purposes.

You can stop using the service at any time.

If you want us to delete off-chain records that we control, you may contact us. Note that we cannot delete or modify blockchain data.
